Join Us for a morning of relaxation, connection and self-love 💗

In this session, you'll be guided through a variety of breath patterns, holds and meditations to go on an inward journey. Through your breath, you'll clear away old energies, stress, and worries, while connecting to something so much greater - your own love.

Breathwork is a powerful self-healing modality that can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve physical health, and so much more. If you haven't tried it before, this session is a great place to begin!

Live Blood Analysis Option: I'll be offering live blood analysis, where you'll get an image of your blood before and after to see what breathwork is doing on a cellular level.

This session is offered from the basement of my home. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow or bolster and anything else that would help you feel comfortable.

Yin teacher AnnMarie Wolf will cue your gentle release into Yin Yoga shapes.
