A Nutrition and Live Blood Analysis Assessment can help!
This is for you if:
You’ve been struggling with health issues and you want to heal
You’ve tried many things (diet, supplements, weight loss, medications, etc), but nothing is working
You’ve seen Doctors, Naturopaths, Nutritionists, etc. but aren’t seeing the results you desire
You’re tired of trying to figure it out on your own
You’re ready to look and feel your best
What to expect:
During your initial session, you and Breanne will take a comprehensive look at your health through a detailed health history, symptom review, and diet assessment. Breanne will then take a small blood sample (from a simple finger prick) and analyze both a live and dry sample under the microscope. This can provide insight into areas such as nutritional deficiencies, digestive weakness, bacterial overgrowth, immune stress, inflammation, and more. From there, you’ll do a Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA®) assessment to determine which organ systems and nutrients may need the most support. Rather than guessing supplements, QRA® helps uncover what is best for your body.
By combining your blood analysis, health history, diet assessment, and QRA® findings, you and Breanne will create a health plan to support your health goals. This may include nutrition guidance, lifestyle adjustments, and personalized supplement recommendations tailored specifically to you.
Breanne works with you to create a plan that feels sustainable and doable, no cookie-cutter protocols or extreme lifestyle changes. Each session is designed to leave you with clear next steps and a better understanding of what you need to reach your health goals.

What Clients Are Saying
What is
Holistic Nutrition
It’s more than just diet - Holistic Nutrition is rooted in the understanding that health and wellness are best achieved by considering the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — rather than just addressing isolated symptoms or diseases. It emphasizes the balance and harmony of all aspects of a person’s life, including physical health, emotional well-being, and environmental factors. By looking at the whole person, we gain valuable insights into your well-being.
Live Blood Analysis
A drop of fresh blood is viewed in its live state (not oxidized, preserved, treated or stained with chemicals) under a Darkfield microscope. It is magnified 1000x to view red and white blood cells, plasma, and any blood components that indicate signs of imbalance. Live Blood Analysis can identify: Nutritional deficiencies, Digestive weakness, Detoxification weakness, Presence of pathogen overgrowth (bacteria, fungus, etc.), Dehydration, Toxicity, pH imbalance (overacidity or alkalinity), Immune stress, and more.
Dry Blood Analysis
A drop of blood is left to clot and dry on a slide, leaving patterns that are indicative of various imbalances. Dry Blood Analysis can identify: Free radical damage/oxidative stress, Hormone imbalance, Gut inflammation/toxicity, Viral issues, Adrenal stress, Metal and chemical contamination, Inflammation, Toxicity, Hormone imbalances, Areas of toxicity and more.
Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA®)
Quantum Reflex Analysis (QRA®) is a technique to help identify areas of stress and imbalance in the body using reflex points and bioenergetic testing. Instead of guessing supplements, QRA helps us better understand which organ systems may need support and which nutrients your body responds to best. This provides a clearer picture of your health and a more personalized approach to help your body restore balance.
How Breanne is different
Many clients come to me after working with other practitioners and still feel confused. They may have experienced short-term improvements, but never long-term solutions. Often, this is because the root cause of their body’s imbalance hasn’t been addressed. A detox, diet, or supplement may help temporarily, but if it doesn’t address the reason symptoms are present, the relief won’t last.
My approach is different because I focus on uncovering what your body truly needs. We look at your health as a whole and work with your body to get you back into balance, so you can reclaim your health naturally.

I take clients both in person (Belleville Ontario) and online (Canada & USA).
-
I GUARANTEE that if you make the changes and stay committed, you will see results.
-
Yes. The body needs the right nutrients to heal. Diet alone won't be enough when we're in a state of poor health. Supplements fill in the gaps until we can get the body back into balance.
-
Probably yes. If your current diet has made you sick, then you need to make changes if you want to get better.
I work with clients by focusing on small steps. Each time we meet you'll get a few changes to focus on so it's not too much at once.
