Breathwork is a general term that refers to using intentional breathing to support healing. For centuries, cultures around the world have practiced breathwork, finding their unique way of using conscious breath to change the mind and body.
In Embodiment and Somatic Breathwork, we utilize a variety of patterns and holds to release density (trauma, stress, anxiety and old emotions) and shift into divinity (lighter, calmer, freer states). The effects of Breathwork are felt immediately and ripple into all areas of your life.

Breathwork Changed My Life
Before Breathwork, I was stuck in a trauma response. I hit burnout (many times), I had a head-to-toe rash, was chronically stressed, and dealing with numerous health issues.
After trying countless diets, therapy, meditation, energy healing, and many other tools, I found Breathwork and it changed everything. Health issues improved, the racing thoughts in my mind lessened, and the perpetual state of anxiety was no longer in my chest.
Breathwork gave me a way to work with my body instead of fighting it.
My Breathwork Philosophy
There are hundreds of breathwork modalities, each with its own approach to healing and transformation. My work is rooted in a holistic, nervous-system-centered approach. Here, we don’t push or force; instead, we create just enough safety and support for your nervous system to shift naturally.
Healing happens when you rebuild inner trust, honour your unique needs, and move at a pace that feels right for you. I believe that when we work with the body, transformation is possible.
My goal is sustainable, embodied healing that stays with you long after our sessions end.
