Recipe:
1/2 cup coconut water* (high in potassium)
1/2 cup pineapple juice* (vitamin C)
1 squeeze of lime or lemon juice (vitamin C and minerals)
1 tbsp cream of tartar (high in potassium)
1/8 tsp sea salt
Optional: 1 tbsp collagen powder (amino acids)
Mix it all together and enjoy!
