I know I was.

I thought there had to be one supplement, one protocol, one answer that would finally fix everything. but healing doesn’t work like that.

The constant hunt to find a magic solution keeps us stuck in a survival loop, never addressing the real problem. I was saying I was doing everything right, but honestly, I wasn’t. I was doing things half-a$$ed and then scrolling instagram hoping someone had the one answer I was missing.

Your body isn’t broken, it’s holding you accountable to your well-being  

Yes, root causes matter. and once you address them, they can make a huge difference. AND what I see most often is people struggling because their foundations are off, usually in more than one area.

👉 They think their eating well, but they’re lacking essential nutrients and/or eating too many refined foods 

👉 Sleep is their last priority 

👉 Their nervous system is stuck on high alert 

👉 Stress is through the roof

👉 They’re not moving their body in the way it needs 

👉 They constantly criticize themselves
