What Is Mud Packing?

Mud Packing, also known as I-Packs, is a bioenergetic technique used to address areas of past injury, trauma, irritation, or scarring that may be creating stress within the body.

These areas, often referred to as interference fields, can act like static in the body's regulatory networks. They can potentially make it more difficult for the body to heal, adapt, and function optimally.

By identifying and addressing these sites, Mud Packing aims to help restore better communication throughout the body and support the body's natural healing processes.

What Can Mud Packing Help With?

Mud packing can help remove what is called an interference field. This is an area of tissue that has experienced trauma, injury, irritation, or chronic stress and may continue to affect the body long after.

Includes

  • Surgical scars (gallbladder, c-section, lumpectomy, etc.)

  • Dental work or extraction sites

  • Injuries and broken bones

  • Concussions and head trauma

  • Tattoos and piercings

  • Vaccine injection sites

  • Areas of chronic inflammation

  • Repetitive strain injuries

Can Mud Packing Help You?

Mud Packing may be beneficial for individuals who have:

  • A history of surgeries or significant injuries

  • Chronic pain or recurring symptoms

  • Areas of the body that never seem to fully recover

  • Health concerns that have been resistant to other approaches

  • Lingering effects from physical trauma

  • Chronic inflammation

  • Unexplained weakness or stagnation in healing

How It Works

  1. A bioenergetic assessment is first performed to identify potential interference fields that may be creating stress within the body.

  2. Once a site is identified, a specialized clay mixture is applied externally to the area for approximately 10-30 minutes. The clay is used to help clear energetic stress from the site.

  3. After the application, the area is reassessed to determine whether the interference field has been resolved.

Many people require only one treatment per site, while others may benefit from additional sessions depending on the depth and history of the injury or trauma. Mud Packing is non-invasive and typically painless. Most clients find the process relaxing and are able to rest comfortably during the session.

Note: Mud Packing is a complementary wellness technique and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Results vary from person to person and depend on individual circumstances.

When old injuries continue to impact your health, Mud Packing helps clear energetic interference and support natural healing.
