It all started when I was 19 and I broke out in a rash from head to toe. Despite doing all the right things— a healthy diet, supplements, and positive mindset tools—I was burnt out and not getting better. It took years of searching, experimenting, and lots of $$ before finally uncovering why.

It wasn’t just my diet, or lifestyle, or trauma, or gut, or hormones, or stress - it was all of it together that created the perfect storm.

I spent years searching for how to heal, and honestly, it wasn’t fun. It was stressful, exhausting, isolating, and I constantly felt like there was something wrong with me - why could everyone else seem to figure it out but I can’t?

It’s now my mission to show you that health issues don’t have to be your norm; you too, can feel like your best, healthiest self, and it’s so much closer than you think!
