What to expect on your 6-week breathwork journey
You may have heard of breathwork or tried it before, but what really happens when you commit to a breathwork journey?
In the first one to two sessions, you’ll feel a shift. The shifts range from subtle “I feel calmer” to profound “Everything changed” I don’t say that to bullshit you; that’s a quote from a real client.
As we build a safe, supportive container, your nervous system begins to receive what it may have never had before: permission. Permission to show up, to release, to breathe, to express whatever you need in that moment. That’s the heart of the 1:1 journey, giving your body space to receive what it truly needs.
By sessions three and four, things start to feel different. You begin to see the world through a new lens, one where you’re more grounded and present. You may notice more energy, or improvements in your physical and emotional health, and a shift in patterns like anxiety. At the same time, as you build your mind-body connection, sometimes emotions that were sitting under the surface start to emerge. I won’t lie, that can be a little uncomfortable. That’s why we focus on creating safety, pulling on different tools to support you, and letting your breath do the heavy lifting.
By the end of the journey, you’ll become aware of the shifts that were happening quietly all along. When reminded of why they began the journey, many clients share “I forgot that even was an issue.” The intention you set, whether it be to reduce stress, learn to breathe, emotionally regulate, or whatever they desire is achieved (or you’re much closer to it).
It’s important you know these 6 week journeys are just the beginning. They are a way for you to reset from where you’ve been and open a new chapter in your health and well-being. The work you do inside this container has the power to change your life, when you’re ready for it.
